Terms & Conditions:

Reservations can be made up to six (6) months in advance. Complete the online booking form and submit a deposit to secure your reservation. We require a $100.00 security deposit to secure your reservation. Payment in full must be made prior to setup.

Venmo or PayPal is our preferred method of payment, however we accept cash or check with proper ID.

We typically arrive approximately an hour before the event start time to set up the playground. Ultimately the time of delivery can vary depending on location, indoor/outdoor and the schedule of events we have that day. On average a set up takes about 35-45 minutes; this is not included in your reserved time. Setup is typically in a 11’ x 11’ area. Please make the space readily available and move any furniture/rugs an hour prior to our delivery. Access to safe parking for unloading and loading is required. We ask that you notify us at time of booking of any restrictions that could delay set up such as lack of parking, elevator, stairs, gates, entrance codes. For safety reasons we ask that children and pets are not in the area during set up and breakdown. Per the Rental Agreement signed at the time of booking, Client/Renter agrees to replace missing or damaged equipment within 3 days of the event.

We charge additional $25 setup fee for any outdoor event. Outdoor setup will require a shaded area or a suitable cover in the form of a canopy tent, pavilion, etc., as the soft play equipment will get hot in direct sunlight. A tarp will be provided for outdoor setup. Please make sure the ground is flat, dry and clear from glass, sticks, debris and animal waste. We do not set up on dirt or gravel. Additional fees will apply if we deliver via stairs or to venues located long distances (more than 250 feet) from the loading zone.

Playground Pals will allow you to reschedule a reservation up to 48 hours before your event for any reason. We do not offer refunds, however we do offer credits for cancellations made by email at least 48 hours before your event. For cancellations, your security deposit will be forfeited without credit to a future event.

It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that ADULT SUPERVISION IS MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES to assure the safety of the children and no damage to soft play equipment. Please always consider the appropriate ratio of children using the soft play equipment at one time.
